Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Solid foundation in any automation machine repair and maintenance;
- Electrical and mechanical diagram with all electrical symbols;
- Replacement and all parameter settings of various frequency inverter, servo driver sensor and thermos-controller
- Coordinate with company departments to support manufacturing operation and ensure facility working safety
- Carry out daily preventive and corrective machine maintenance, emergency repair and E&M trouble shooting
- Proper document records to comply with GMP requirement
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification and Experience:
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in Electronic / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Familiar with electrical control circuits is an advantage
- Strong analytical ability with excellent solving problem skills
- With Cleanroom knowledge and GMP experience is an advance
- Minimum 6 year related working experience in Automation Machines installation and maintenance
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker – Grade A
- Immediately available is an advantage
