Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily maintenance and inspection of the office and facilities.

  • Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure facility maintenance and services are completed on time.

  • Ensure facilities comply with company policies and safety standards.

  • Assist in handling emergencies or sudden facility problems.

  • Support other facility management-related administrative work.

Requirements:

  • Applicants with secondary three education or above, those with relevant work experience are preferred.

  • Have a basic understanding of facility management work, and have good problem-solving skills.

  • Work carefully and responsibly, with good communication skills and team spirit.
