Our client is a top-tier property developer in Hong Kong, known for managing premium residential portfolios and delivering high standards of service excellence.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the technical and maintenance operations of residential properties. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in repair, renovation, and A&A works.
Location: Hong Kong
Salary: HKD 42,400 – 55,000/monthKey Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day maintenance and technical operations of residential properties
Oversee repair, maintenance, renovation, and A&A works
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution
Monitor work quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions
Requirements
Degree in Building Services or a related discipline, or Higher Diploma in a relevant field
Relevant experience of at least 8 years (Degree holders) or 10 years (Higher Diploma holders)
Minimum 6 years of solid technical experience in property repair and maintenance, renovation, and A&A works
Strong technical knowledge with good problem-solving skills
Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
