Key Responsibilities:

Assist in investment decision-making through research, data analysis, and market monitoring

Contribute to portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management

Execute and monitor trades across spot, derivatives, and DeFi protocols

Develop and test quantitative or discretionary trading strategies

Stay up to date with macro trends, tokenomics, protocol developments, and regulatory changes

Collaborate with analysts and other PMs to refine trading ideas and strategies

Prepare investment memos and performance reviews for internal discussion

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

2–6 years of experience in crypto trading, hedge funds, asset management, or prop trading

Solid knowledge of digital assets, DeFi protocols, derivatives, and market microstructure

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Python, SQL, or data tools a plus

Demonstrated interest or track record in portfolio management, trading strategies, or risk management

Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-moving markets
