Job Description
Duties:
Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control, and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food & beverages in the restaurant
Requirement:
Education: HKCEE/DSE or above
Professional: Proven working experience in food services/ hospitality management is preferable. Hygiene Manager/Hygiene Supervisor Certificate holder
Experience: 3 years of relevant working experience
Competence: Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and leadership, strategic thinking, and familiar with restaurant operations; inspiration and training, having good communication skills and service attitude, handle customer complaints promptly; report to top management regarding revenue, customer complaints, and productivity
Awareness: Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, marketing, schedule, and quality goals
