• Lead and develop a high-performing social media account team, driving excellence and continuous growth.

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key corporate clients, delivering customized digital solutions.

• Design and execute innovative social media and influencer strategies to drive client success and unlock new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Business Development to create persuasive pitches and presentations that align with client goals.

• Ensure exceptional service delivery across key social platforms (e.g., Meta, Xiaohongshu), maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.

• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events to enhance brand reputation and trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 6–8 years of experience in social media, account management, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions.

• Excellent leadership, presentation, pitching, and communication skills, with strong strategic and analytical thinking.

• Proven ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Associate Account Director.
