Job Responsibilities

• Lead a headhunting team, develop and implement talent search and recruitment strategies, and ensure efficient completion of clients' recruitment needs.

• Guide team members to conduct high-end talent search, interview evaluation and candidate recommendation to enhance overall delivery quality.

• Responsible for communicating with customers about their position needs, understanding business background and organizational culture, and providing professional talent solutions.

• Monitor project progress, manage candidate process stages, and ensure a smooth recruitment process that meets the timeline goals.

• Continuously optimize team work processes and search technology, drive team performance improvement and professional development.

Work requirements

• Have more than 5 years of headhunting or recruitment-related experience, of which at least 2 years are spent as team supervisor or a similar management position.

• Familiar with high-level talent search mode, those who have cross-industry or specific field candidate resources are especially good.

• Have excellent communication and coordination skills, effectively connect customers and candidates, and handle multiple expectations and negotiations.

• Goal-oriented, skilled in time management and multitasking, and able to achieve performance targets under pressure.

• Leadership qualities and team motivation skills, able to lead the team to grow and maintain a high level of professionalism.
