Job Title: Insurance Product Consultant (Associate / VP)
Department overview:
The team's service scope covers insurance planning and other wealth management related fields, dedicated to providing global and professional insurance products and service solutions to customers.
Duties:
Responsible for screening, evaluating and introducing global insurance products, and assisting in formulating the company's product strategy;
Continuously monitor the new product dynamics of major insurance companies, conduct market research and competitive product analysis;
Create product marketing materials and training slides, lead internal and external product training, and enhance team professional skills;
Support customer salons, product roadshows, and other market activities, assist product operation and promotion;
Maintain good communication with insurance companies and partners to promote smooth product cooperation.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of Hong Kong insurance industry work experience, familiar with the global insurance market and product system;
Applicants with product analysis, market research or product operations-related experience are preferred;
Preference will be given to those with mainland background and coming to Hong Kong for development, familiar with mainland customer needs and market environment;
Have good logical analysis ability, writing ability and cross-departmental collaboration ability;
Preference will be given to those with insurance, trust or wealth planning related professional qualifications (such as IIQE, STEP, CFP, etc.).

Support client seminars, product roadshows, and other marketing activities; assist in product operations and promotion;
Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners to facilitate smooth product collaboration and implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the Hong Kong insurance industry, with a solid understanding of the global insurance market and product landscape;
Experience in product analysis, market research, or product operations is preferred;
Candidates with a mainland Chinese background and experience working in Hong Kong are preferred, especially those familiar with the needs of mainland clients and the market environment;
Strong analytical skills, written communication skills, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities;
Professional qualifications such as IIQE, STEP, CFP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
