Job Description
Our clients are well known insurance companies and they are now looking for high calibers to fill up the above positions :
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day claims operations and approve both major and minor claims cases within delegated authority limits
Prepare various management reports to track performance and operational metrics
Develop and conduct claims-related training sessions for both staff and clients
Participate in system testing and ad hoc projects
Degree holder
Relevant working experience
Excellent soft-skill for stakeholders' coordination and services support
