Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for room cleaning, organization and disinfection, ensuring that standard cleaning is completed before guests check in
* Comply with hotel standards to replenish room supplies, towels, and various consumables
* Daily cleaning and maintenance of the public areas of the floor
* Responsible for linen collection, counting, replacement, and cleaning tool management
* Check the operation of the room facilities, and report any damage or abnormalities to your supervisor immediately
Entry Requirements:
* 1 year of hotel housekeeping or room cleaning related experience is preferred
* Priority will be given to those with a certificate in housekeeping/room service
* Familiar with the hotel room cleaning process and skills, work carefully and responsibly
* Customer-oriented, with good service and communication skills
* Able to accept shift work, rotating days off, and public holidays
* Proactive and positive, with a team spirit
* Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately
