General Description

We are seeking AV Engineer who can deliver exceptional support and services to our Financial Services clients while ensuring the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of AV systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintenance, programming, testing, and supporting complex audiovisual systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and professional project completion. As we have multiple headcounts, we look for candidates with 2-5 years of experience to support AV maintenance of our corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support and audio visual services to our banking and commercial clients

• Provide onsite audio visual support service at client offices during operation hours and if necessary, work in different shifts as per client request

• Coordinate, setup, test, and standby for client events including local presentation, video/audio/web conference

• Install, calibrate, and maintain AV systems according to client specifications and industry standards.

• Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with project managers and fellow technicians to ensure timely and successful project completion.

• Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies and continuously develop technical skills.

• Program and configure Q-SYS and Crestron control systems for various AV projects.

• Configure and optimize professional audio equipment, including Shure and Sennheiser products, as well as audio consoles.

Education Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in AV Engineering / Hospitality or related fields Work Experience Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with project managers and team members effectively.

• Immediate available is an advantage

Key Skills

• 2-5 years of AV maintenance

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, within the company and at all levels of clients

• Team player, pro-active, strong self-motivation and enthusiastic

• Able to work independently
