Job Description:

You will work closely with different departments to understand workflow pain points, design automation solutions, and continuously improve internal company processes.

Main responsibilities:

· Analyze existing internal work processes and identify areas that can be automated and optimized.

· Design, deploy and maintain automated workflows using the following tools:

o Microsoft Power Automate

o Power Apps

o SharePoint Online

o Power BI

o Microsoft Copilot / Generative AI tool

· Assist with automated data collection, report creation, approval processes, and daily business operations.

· Work with business teams to translate operational requirements into feasible automation solutions.

· Support testing, debugging, and documentation of automated processes.

· Continuously monitor the latest automation tools, AI features, and best practices, and propose improvement suggestions.

· Provide basic training or user guides to internal teams, and assist in implementing new automation solutions.

Entry Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology or related disciplines.

· 0-3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with project or internship experience are welcome to apply.

· Have basic knowledge of work process automation, data processing or process optimization.

· Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools and platform is preferred.

· Knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI automation platforms) is better.

· Have good problem-solving skills and be willing to learn new technologies.

· Good communication skills, able to collaborate with different departments.

Prioritization (non-essential) :

· Have practical experience in Power Automate, Power Apps or other low-code platforms.

· Experience with Python, VBA or RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is even better.

· Have experience in process drawing or business analysis.
