<p><strong>Job responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop secure and scalable backend system</li> <li>Implement high quality coding standards in order to deliver readable, stable and maintainable systems</li> <li>Work closely with teammates and help each other to grow through the form of code review, regular sharing sessions and project retrospectives, etc</li> <li>Analyze requirements wisely and solve difficult problems across the stack</li> <li>Conduct technical research and propose pragmatic ways to improve tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives</li> <li>Responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and implementation</li> <li>Follow and constantly improve development process<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of software development experience</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent</li> <li>Proficient in Java and related tools for Java development projects;</li> <li>Familiar with SSM, SpringBoot or SpringCloud</li> <li>Familiar development tools such as IDEA</li> <li>Familiar with common middleware such as Tomcat, nginx, redis, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, mybatis, redis, kafka, zookeeper, etc.</li> <li>Familiar with mainstream databases such as SQL and Oracle, and able to design and develop databases</li> <li>Experience in completing functional requirements analysis, design, development, and testing</li> <li>Have extensive understanding of Java development technology and be able to solve technical problems independently</li> <li>Good teamwork spirit and communication skills</li> </ul>
