Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling the back-end settlement and confirmation of financial derivatives and spot transactions, ensuring that transaction data is accurately and without error input into the system.
• Coordinate with front-line trading team, clearing house and custodian bank to complete the daily trading settlement and delivery process.
• Execute SWIFT message operations and settle cross-border and local market transactions through Clearstream and CCASS and other clearing platforms.
• Regularly reconcile accounts and open positions, track abnormal trades and report them to senior management in a timely manner.
• Assist in optimizing backend operations, improving efficiency and compliance, and supporting sustainable business development.

• University graduation, majoring in finance, accounting, economics or related sciences, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with bank back-end operations or financial institution internship experience will be given priority.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, Clearstream, CCASS system operations is an added bonus, and I am willing to quickly learn related technologies.
• Sensitive to numbers, attention to details, with good logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Able to withstand work pressure, have good communication skills and team spirit.
