Job responsibilities:

• Develop secure and scalable backend system
• Implement high quality coding standards in order to deliver readable, stable and maintainable systems
• Work closely with teammates and help each other to grow through the form of code review, regular sharing sessions and project retrospectives, etc
• Analyze requirements wisely and solve difficult problems across the stack
• Conduct technical research and propose pragmatic ways to improve tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives
• Responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
• Follow and constantly improve development process

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent
• Proficient in Java and related tools for Java development projects;
• Familiar with SSM, SpringBoot or SpringCloud
• Familiar development tools such as IDEA
• Familiar with common middleware such as Tomcat, nginx, redis, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, mybatis, redis, kafka, zookeeper, etc.
• Familiar with mainstream databases such as SQL and Oracle, and able to design and develop databases
• Experience in completing functional requirements analysis, design, development, and testing
• Have extensive understanding of Java development technology and be able to solve technical problems independently
• Good teamwork spirit and communication skills
