Responsibilities:

1. Through the monitoring platform to track vehicle location, trajectory and system parameters, and promptly identify abnormal events.

2. After receiving vehicle alarms or on-site feedback, start the emergency response, remotely assist in avoiding hazards; if you cannot extricate yourself, generate a work order and dispatch it to the nearest ground personnel, and report it in real time.

3. For complex scenes, compliance will issue auxiliary instructions to provide technical support to safety officers.

5. Supervise vehicle compliance, check logs, and report any violations immediately for correction.

7. Collect road surface conditions in a timely manner, and follow the standard to conduct map interruption procedures with relevant departments.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above

2. Excellent emergency response ability, expression ability, problem-solving ability, data analysis ability

3. Have general knowledge of business computer software applications and good document writing skills

4. Familiar with Hong Kong traffic regulations, geography, road conditions, and able to understand the working principle of the autonomous driving system

5. Smooth Cantonese, Mandarin and English

6. Have strong sense of responsibility and self-management ability, be able to work independently and take responsibility

7. Applicants with work experience in autonomous driving or vehicle management are preferred, familiar with relevant industry standards and regulations

8. Must take turns and irregular work hours
