Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GM to develop and implement strategic plans for Business Banking.

  • Lead and motivate team to achieve corporate goals with quality service.

  • Supervise SME RMs in account acquisition, management, and product delivery (FX, loans, trade).

  • Develop and grow SME RM talent pool for high-value customer engagement and new opportunities.

  • Plan recruitment, career development, and remuneration to attract top talent.

  • Design and monitor KPI-based performance frameworks.

  • Analyze business data to support sales and optimize acquisition strategies.

  • Manage ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Build partnerships with SME associations and intermediaries for business growth.

  • Contribute to operational, tech, and product enhancements aligned with strategy.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Accountable for full-year revenue, profit, and cost control targets.

Incumbent Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics (preferred).

  • 10+ years in banking/financial services with business banking expertise.

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset; skilled in financial and market analysis.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
