Job Responsibilities

  • Completely manage the daily operation of the wine and dine kitchen, including opening preparation, operation coordination and closing inspection, to ensure smooth and efficient operation at each stage.
  • Monitor the quality and standardization of food preparation, regularly review the implementation of menus, plating standards, and flavor consistency, and maintain the brand's culinary standards.
  • Coordinate kitchen staff deployment, based on peak business and staffing conditions, reasonably schedule shifts, coordinate front and back communication, and improve team collaboration efficiency.
  • Implement food safety and sanitation management systems to ensure compliance with local food safety regulations, lead daily cleaning inspections, equipment maintenance and record keeping, and support internal audit operations.

Work requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of regular restaurant kitchen work experience, those who have actual experience in leading a team are preferred; those who have served as kitchen supervisor, sous chef or senior chef are especially welcome.
  • Familiar with the cooking logic, sauce making, ingredient characteristics, and heat control of Western or fusion cuisine (Fusion), able to independently complete high-standard dish production.
  • High sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to perform steadily in a fast-paced, multi-tasking dining environment, balancing details and efficiency.
  • Have good communication skills and team leadership potential, be able to guide colleagues in a positive attitude, resolve on-site conflicts, and create a positive collaborative atmosphere.
