Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other front-of-house equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, workstation, and equipment throughout each shift
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory restocking, and cash handling
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods, milk steaming techniques, and drink recipes
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one within the first week of employment) and valid work authorization
