The role involves designing and developing mechanical systems and products to meet high standards of quality and performance. The engineers will contribute to the complete product development process, from concept to production, aligning with the company’s goals of improving R&D efficiency and supporting business expansion.

Responsibility:

• Work on the mechanical design and manufacturing process of Battery Packs and Power Tools.

• Focus on the mechanical design of the product to fulfil requirements, including but not limited to components and material selections, 3D/2D drawing, definition of specifications, BOM preparation, production process, and maintenance of design changes, etc

• Conducting mechanical analysis, simulations, and testing to validate designs and ensure they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Identify and resolve design issues, proposing cost-effective solutions to improve product quality and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, such as UL and GB, particularly for battery pack designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Design.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, with power tools, consumer electronics, or similar fields, is a plus.

• Proficiency in 3D design software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Pro E.

• Understanding of mechanical principles, material science, and manufacturing processes.

• Familiar with mechanical structure design, material selection, and mold development.

• Familiarity with mechanical processing technologies such as injection molding, stamping, and CNC machining.

• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong teamwork, communication, and project management abilities.
