Job Description
1. Proven Sales & Prospecting Skills
· Experience in B2B field sales, with a focus on cold visiting (door-to-door) hotels daily.
· Strong cold calling ability to generate leads and set appointments independently.
2. Resilience & Persistence
· Ability to handle rejection and maintain high motivation during frequent cold visits and calls.
3. Communication & Negotiation
· Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (preferred) to engage hotel decision-makers.
· Skilled in negotiating contracts, pricing, and supply terms.
4. Industry Knowledge
· Understanding of hotel operations, procurement processes, and supply chain basics (e.g., F&B, amenities, linens).
5. Time Management & Planning
· Efficient route planning for daily hotel visits and call scheduling to maximize outreach.
6. CRM & Reporting
· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, visits, and follow-ups.
7. Target-Driven Mindset
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through self-sourced field activities.
Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in hospitality sales, distribution, or supply chain solutions. Valid Hong Kong work permit and local travel knowledge.
