Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store
• Boost store staff performance and achieve sales targets through coaching and training
• Ensure staff understand and comply with all operational procedures and processes
• Monitor inventory levels of brands and provide feedback to line manager on any stock issues
• Oversee and support the cashier team in performing daily cashiering duties according to SOP and handle daily reporting Compose monthly roster of sales staff
• Participate in periodic store stocktake
• Maintain high standards of store presentation
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above education
• 5 years of solid sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory level or second in-charge position, preferably in the beauty retail industry
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Strong PC skills and experience in sales reporting
• Presentable, energetic, and a good team player
• Willing to work under pressure
