Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional skin analysis and personalized beauty care advice to customers.

• Promote and introduce the professional spa treatment packages and related services of the spa.

• Assist customers in developing long-term care plans and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Have excellent communication skills and customer relationship building techniques.

• Have experience and ability to lead a team to achieve performance goals.

• Have good service awareness, be honest and reliable, hard-working and dedicated, and responsible.

• Fluent in Cantonese, basic English communication skills.

• Able to adapt to shift arrangements, working 5 to 6 days a week, including long and short weeks.
