Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store
- Boost store staff performance and achieve sales targets through coaching and training
- Ensure staff understand and comply with all operational procedures and processes
- Monitor inventory levels of brands and provide feedback to line manager on any stock issues
- Oversee and support the cashier team in performing daily cashiering duties according to SOP and handle daily reporting Compose monthly roster of sales staff
- Participate in periodic store stocktake
- Maintain high standards of store presentation
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or above education
- 5 years of solid sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory level or second in-charge position, preferably in the beauty retail industry
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Strong PC skills and experience in sales reporting
- Presentable, energetic, and a good team player
- Willing to work under pressure
