Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll using HRIS, and administer compensation and benefits programs

• Serve as the primary contact for HRIS vendors and regional support teams to ensure smooth system operations

• Maintain and update HR system data to ensure high levels of data integrity and accuracy

• Support compliance with local employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies

• Assist in the implementation of new HRIS platforms and related workflow enhancements

• Compile HR statistics and prepare regular reports for management review

• Participate in C&B-related projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of compensation and benefits experience, with hands-on payroll processing in a sizable organization

• Familiarity with Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinances and statutory requirements

• Practical experience with HRIS platforms and system administration

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a collaborative mindset
