<p>We are looking for aMolecularBiologistto join our team and conduct research，experiments and developmentto construct recombinantmicrobials (E. coliExpertsare welcome and preferred) andvectors to gain a better understanding about proteins/peptides/DNA manufacturing.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>· Design, construct, and upkeep various vectors(plasmid, cosmid, BAC, etc.) and strains for proteins/peptides/DNA manufacturing.</p><p>· Perform laboratory procedures such as DNA extraction, PCR, cloning, and gel electrophoresis</p><p>· Compile, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports, highlighting information and trends.</p><p>· Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records.</p><p>· Maintain equipment by following preventive maintenance schedules, performing tests, troubleshooting.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements and skills</strong>:</p><p>· Masteror Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.</p><p>· Proven work experience in Genetic Engineeringand Strain construction.</p><p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especiallyin complex DNA sequences amplification(PCR), vector construction; andproteins expression.</p><p>· Strong background on molecular biology approaches including state-of-the-art gene editing, cloning methods, CRISPR/Cas-9 technologies,</p><p>· Keen attention to detail.</p><p>· Outstanding teamwork and communication capabilities.</p><p></p>
