Key Responsibilities:
I.Research and Development Optimization
- Participate in the research, optimization, and validation of molecular diagnostic and gene detection technologies to drive technological innovation and product iteration.
- Design and implement comprehensive molecular biology experimental plans, including full-process experimental operations such as nucleic acid extraction, primer design, PCR amplification, and product analysis.
Experimental Execution and Quality Control
- Strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for experimental execution to ensure data accuracy, reproducibility, and reliability of results.
- Regularly calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain the experimental environment (such as temperature and humidity control) to avoid contamination risks.
Data Management and Reporting
- Systematically record experimental data, analyze results, and generate standardized reports. Provide timely feedback to the team on research progress.
- Assist in drafting technical documents, patent materials, or academic papers.
Job Requirements:
1.Educational Background
- Master's degree or above in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- Candidates with experience in gene detection or research and development of molecular diagnostics are preferred.
2.Professional Skills
- Proficient in molecular biology techniques such as nucleic acid extraction, PCR/qPCR, and electrophoresis analysis. Familiar with the principles and operational procedures of gene detection technologies.
- Skilled in using primer design software such as Primer Premier and SnapGene. Capable of independently designing and optimizing experimental plans.
- Familiar with the management process of laboratory reagents and consumables. Experience in operating inventory management systems (such as LIMS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 15189 is a plus.
3.Comprehensive Abilities
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve issues related to abnormal experimental data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of efficiently coordinating internal and external resources.
- Fluent in English reading and writing, with the ability to quickly search for and interpret cutting-edge literature.

Regularly calibrate laboratory equipment, maintain experimental environment parameters (such as temperature and humidity control), and prevent pollution risks
Three. Data Management and Report Writing
System records experimental data, analyzes results and writes standardized reports, and promptly feedbacks to the team on R&D progress
Assist in writing technical documents, patent materials and academic papers
Requirements:
1. Educational background
Molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, etc. related professional master's degree or above
Applicants with experience in gene testing or molecular diagnosis are given priority
2. Professional skills
Proficient in nucleic acid extraction, PCR/qPCR, electrophoresis analysis, etc. molecular biology techniques, familiar with the principles and operation procedures of gene detection technology
Able to use Primer Premier, SnapGene, etc. primer design software fluently, with the ability to independently design and optimize experimental schemes
Familiar with laboratory reagent and consumable management processes, those who have laboratory information management system usage experience are preferred.
Applicants with knowledge of ISO15189 and other quality management systems are preferred
