Job Description:

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals through new sales, service and client retention

- Assist in the daily operation of the club including customer services, exercise instruction, maintaining optimal club environment and administrative tasks

- Teaching a variety of ages how to box and improve their skills in the sport

- Establish a client base through one-on-one trial classes and post-workout sales

- Establish multiple boxing programs tailored to client needs or goals

- Execute and progress/maintain sales of sessions and packages with members

- Coordinate, schedule, and keep records of clients' sessions

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of the sport of boxing / MMA / Muay Thai

- Strong communication skills

- Passion for helping clients reach their full potential

- Good Command in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin

- 2+ years of related working experience

- Fresh Graduates are also welcome

Points to Note:

- Relevant teaching certifications in personal training or coaching

- Experience in coaching and holding pads for competitive fighters will be prioritised

- Competition experience in boxing / MMA / Muay Thai will be an added advantage
