<ul><li><p>Branch Officer<br><br> <strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p></li><li><p>Assist financial company branch in daily operations management, ensure smooth running of various business processes, and maintain high-quality customer service;</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the full cycle of consumer loans, including customer consultation, loan application document review, system data input, credit condition confirmation, and loan disbursement execution;</p></li><li><p>Conduct borrower credit analysis and risk assessment, strictly based on the company's credit policy, write approval opinions, and propose specific loan approval or rejection advice;</p></li><li><p>Guide and supervise junior employees in executing loan-related operations, provide immediate operational support, process clarification and practical training, and enhance the overall execution efficiency of the team;</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p> <strong>Work requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Those with secondary school diploma (Grade Five) or above, majoring in finance, business, accounting or related sciences, are preferred;</p></li><li><p>Have 1 to 3 years of practical work experience in consumer lending, retail lending or branch operations at a bank or licensed financial institution;</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the local bank branch operation mode, understand the application, approval, mortgage arrangement, disbursement and post-disbursement management process of consumer loans;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office suite of software (especially Excel data sorting and Word document writing), able to handle daily administrative work, reports and internal communication documents independently;</p></li><li><p>Have good writing and oral communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues from different departments and superiors;</p></li><li><p>Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or meet one of the following categories of entry qualifications: High-end Talent Pass (High Talent Pass), Outstanding Talent Entry Scheme (Outstanding Talent Pass), Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG), Dependents' Entry Visa, or Qualified individuals who can be supported by their employer to apply for a Hong Kong work visa.</p></li></ul><p> <strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monthly salary: HKD$15,000 – $16,000;</p></li><li><p>Year-end bonuses;</p></li><li><p>Five-day work week (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00)</p></li><li><p>Medical insurance plan</p></li><li><p>Office work mode</p></li></ul>
