The Opportunity:

-As the front-line of bank, you will provide excellent customer service and efficient counter services to our clients, ensuring a positive and professional banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Process daily counter transactions accurately and efficiently

-Provide quality customer service, answer general account inquiries, and promote basic banking products/services.

-Handle foreign exchange transactions and sell/encash traveler’s cheques.

-Maintain accurate cash holdings and ensure balancing of cash drawer at end of day.

-Perform administrative duties and support branch operations as needed.

-Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

-HKDSE graduate or above.

-Fresh graduates are welcome; prior customer service or teller experience is an advantage.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

-Numerical sensitivity, responsible, and attentive to details.

-Basic computer literacy.

-Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a definite advantage.

-Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Teller position.
