• Maintain daily operations of the store

• In-store product sales

• Maintain long-term and good relationships with customers through phone calls, instant messaging software

• Assist in achieving the team sales targets and personal KPIs set by the company

• Warehouse and inventory management to ensure sufficient stock

• Assist the store in holding VIP and product promotion activities

• Organize goods and keep the store clean

Supervisor

• Maintain daily operations of the store

• Manage colleagues' daily work

• Set and achieve the team sales targets and personal KPIs set by the company

• Regularly set and adjust store strategies

• PowerPoint presentation

• Effective control of store costs

• Regular meetings to review and report on store performance (discussing each season's HOT ITEM / next season's inventory with the BUYER TEAM)

• Warehouse and inventory management to ensure sufficient stock

• Employee shift schedule

Requirements:

• Fluent Cantonese, familiar business Mandarin and English

• 1 year or above retail experience will be given priority (with luxury goods experience is better)

• Welcome ambitious personalities, those with a positive attitude towards learning, and those with diverse experiences

• Provide friendly and polite customer service

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui / causeway bay
