Job Title: Building Attendant Property Management Assistant

Applicant basic conditions, the following (1-3) are indispensable:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the public areas of the Shallow Water Bay residential property, ensuring a clean community environment and high quality of life for residents.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including ground sweeping, garbage collection and classification, and recycling item organization.
  • Regularly inspect community facilities, check if lighting, passages, elevators, fire equipment, etc. are operating normally, and record abnormal situations for follow-up.
  • Assist in maintaining day/night safety management, pay attention to suspicious characters or situations, and report them to superiors or relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Support other property management-related matters, and cooperate with the team to complete assigned tasks.
  • Applicants with experience may also consider promotion to a senior property manager/SBA position and enjoy corresponding salary increases.

Requirements:
  • Applicants with or without relevant work experience are welcome, and the company welcomes career changers and newcomers.
  • Need basic communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Responsibility and self-discipline, able to complete assigned work tasks independently.
  • I am passionate about property management and place great importance on service attitude and community safety.
  • I am willing to abide by the company's various rules and regulations, and actively participate in on-the-job training to enhance my professional skills.
  • Able to adapt to day/night shift work hours and maintain a good mental state to complete shift tasks.
