<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p><strong>One. Compliance and license management</strong></p><p>1. Responsible for the compliance review, application and maintenance of the company's 1, 4, 9 licenses.</p><p>2. Ensure that the company's business meets the requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and other regulatory bodies.</p><p>3. Assist in handling relevant licenses and compliance matters for Singapore asset management business (if applicable).</p><p><strong>II. Drafting and review of legal documents</strong></p><p>1. Draft, review and revise company business-related contracts, agreements and legal documents, including fund establishment documents, investment management agreements, other agreements, etc.</p><p>2. Assist in handling legal communication between the company and customers, partners and regulatory agencies.</p><p><strong>Three. Legal risk prevention and control</strong></p><p>1. Identify and evaluate legal and compliance risks in the company's business, and provide solutions.</p><p>2. Assist in handling regulatory inspections, inquiries and reports, etc. </p><p><strong>IV. Legal consultation and training</strong></p><p></p><p>2. Answer daily business legal issues and provide professional advice.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, holding a lawyer's license from Hong Kong or a common law jurisdiction; familiar with Hong Kong financial laws and regulations, and with relevant legal experience in the asset management industry;<br>2. At least 3 years of legal or compliance work experience in a Hong Kong-licensed asset management company, familiar with the relevant laws and regulations and supervisory requirements of 1, 4, and 9 licenses; familiar with the legal and regulatory frameworks and supervisory requirements of asset management companies in Hong Kong and Singapore, those with experience in Singapore asset management company legal and regulatory frameworks and supervisory requirements are preferred;<br>3. Have excellent legal analysis, drafting and negotiation skills; be able to handle multiple tasks independently, have good communication and coordination skills;<br>4. Fluent in Chinese and English, familiar with the use of Chinese and English in legal document writing and oral communication. </p>
