<p><strong>Our Client isa top tier and well-known international contractor withmajor large scale MTRC railway, Airport project has just commenced in Hong Kong.</strong></p><p><strong>Due toorganisationalgrowth and further expansion,they are now seeking fora wide range ofexperienced candidates.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor, advise, and implement Quality Plans in architectural aspects.</p></li><li><p>Implement documents and drawings control.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and prepare master programme or short term working schedule.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Architect, Engineers and Consultants for construction details.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with sub-contractors for preparation of shop drawings and method statements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate, identify and resolve potential architectural design issues and interfacing details with different trades.</p></li><li><p>Monitor site progress and coordinate with Site Agent for work sequences and material on site.</p></li><li><p>Prepare progress report and submission schedules.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and meet with client, architect, consultants for final inspection and as-built drawing submission.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements<br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Building Studies / Building Management or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>3 years relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with statutory / license requirements, e.g. BFA, CoP Fire Safety in Buildings.</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Personal data collected will be treated in strictest confidence and handled confidentially byauthorisedpersonnel for recruitment-related purposes only.</strong></p>
