Main responsibilities:

• User growth and activity execution - Plan and implement AMA, airdrop, payment experience, etc. activities, clearly set the goal of Dogpay APP's new user acquisition, activation, and improving user retention as the primary goal; - Track social media traffic (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) conversion data within the APP, analyze the complete funnel from user attention to download, from download to payment, and form a post-mortem report to continuously optimize operating strategies; - Build user segmentation awareness, and for different groups such as new users and silent users, plan and execute precise activation and recall activities in social media and communities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, international business, financial technology, language majors are preferred;
• Have at least one year of operation or new media experience, those who have APP product operation, user growth or data operation experience are best, those who have payment, financial technology, Web3 project experience are preferred;
• Have a certain understanding of payment/cross-border payment/blockchain payment products, be able to quickly learn and transform them into user-friendly content;
• Have strong data analysis awareness and ability, track and analyze the impact of social media channels on APP downloads, registration, retention, etc. core indicators, and optimize work based on this;
• Fluent in English reading and writing (able to serve as a working language), with cross-cultural communication skills;
• Responsibility and execution, good at collaborating with product, data, etc. teams.
