We are seeking proactive business development specialists to expand our customer network and deepen insurance cooperation relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development Business Expansion

Acquire new clients and manage end-to-end deal cycles (prospecting to closure).

Develop customers and follow up the whole business cycle (from negotiation to closing).

Analyse market trends to identify high-potential insurance sectors.

• Partnership Management

Collaborate with insurers to execute policy transactions (new/renewal/claims).

Collaborate with insurance companies to handle insurance policy matters (purchase/extension/settlement).

Maintain compliance with Insurance Authority (IA) regulations.

Strictly comply with the Insurance Authority (IA) regulatory requirements.

• Operational Excellence High efficiency operation

Maintain accurate policy records and resolve client inquiries promptly.

Accurate management of insurance policy records and timely response to customer inquiries.

Suggest process improvements to enhance team productivity.

Propose process optimization suggestions to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

Essentials Essential conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/related disciplines.
  Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related fields or DSE.
• 2+ years in insurance brokerage/bancassurance sectors.
  2 years of insurance broker/bank insurance business experience.
• IIQE Papers 1,3,5
  Have passed the IIQE 1,3,5 modules

Core Competencies

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (negotiation-level).
  Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (with business negotiation skills).
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and report preparation.

Advantageous Priority

• Existing network in Hong Kong’s insurance ecosystem.
  Having Hong Kong insurance industry cooperation network resources.
• 2+ years in long-term insurance product distribution.
  2 years of long-term insurance product promotion experience.
• Proven track record in B2B client acquisition.
  Have successful cases of developing corporate customers.
