Requirements
Over 10 years of relevant experience in the F&B/restaurant industry
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multi-outlet operations.
Experience in cost control, marketing, quality assurance, and business expansion.
Passionate about the Chinese dining culture, customer service excellence, and driving commercial success.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall operation, business growth, and profitability of the business line/shops, encompassing comprehensive responsibilities from line/shops human resource management, cost control, service standard setting, marketing, to quality supervision. The aim is to increase revenue, generate profits, and ensure brand image and customer experience.
Operations Management: Develop operational strategies to ensure the smooth operation of all restaurants employee, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and building a professional team.
Cost and Finance: Control ingredient costs, reduce expenses, develop promotional plans, and improve profitability.
Quality and Standards: Establish and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency in food and service quality.
Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints, collect customer feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
Business Development: Develop marketing strategies based on market demand to drive business growth
