Job Duties

- Collaborate with project teams to plan, execute, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the banking system migration & e-channels platform revamp projects.

- Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure UAT aligns with business requirements and timelines.

- Assist in training end-users and creating user documentation for the projects.

- Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting.

- Assist in ah-hoc tasks as assigned by team head.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking system, UAT, or e-channels platform projects.

- Familiarity with e-channels platforms (e.g., retail / corporate online banking and products, mobile apps, pbanking systems and workflows) / leveraged forex and securities dealing processes / Bank’s securities products **

- Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

** - Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4 /

Experience to operate TTL - ST system would be an advantage
