Job Description
1. Provide legal support in relation to innovative financing transactions based on blockchain and digital infrastructure as well as other cutting-edge technologies, including, among others, financing structuring, fund raising, structured and derivative products, regulated activities and other web3.0 related regulatory advice.
2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, offer solutions from legal perspective, draft and review legal documents, as well as participate in negotiations.3. Collaborate with internal key-stakeholders and support blockchain based transactions.4. Conduct theoretical and practical research on emerging legal issues related to the technologies as well as regulations where applicable.5. Work with internal functions to facilitate effective project process advancement.Languages
