Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly) agency channel business performance report;
- Prepare performance and cost analysis on Financial Package, Agency performance, budget and business quality monitoring etc.;
- Assist supervisor to formulate and monitor agency business and manpower incentive plan;
- Responsible for other works related to data analysis and department admin work.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Business Discipline；
- 3 years relevant experience in insurance industry
- Good team player and self-starter; preferably having experience in agentcy reporting and data analysis;
- Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT ;
- Excellent command in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
