Supply Chain Business Support Officer

1. Assist account managers in handling customer needs, coordinate resources within the region and overseas/mainland China, resolve escalated customer demands, and facilitate contract signings.
2. Execute and oversee customer pipeline and indicator management, including but not limited to data analysis, customer changes, and new contract signings management.
3. Complete sales tool applications and provide work feedback related to the sales process; execute and supervise sales process management (performance tracking, customer visit ledger follow-up and management), and collect and verify compensation performance data.
4. Establish an industry customer monitoring system to provide support for sales business analysis, customer value mining, and partnership engagement.
5. Monitor and analyze sales and market trends, and carry out various tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience; experience in sales support, supply chain and international logistics are preferred.
2. Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT; highly sensitive to data, with strong thinking and analytical skills.
3. Good communication skills, strong goal orientation, excellent self-motivation and stress resistance, high sense of responsibility, and team-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin; strong English reading and writing skills required, with listening and speaking abilities preferred.
