Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a highly competitive quantitative trading platform, continuously optimize system performance, functionality, and stability to ensure efficient and reliable platform operation.

• Collaborate closely with business departments to define requirements and deliver efficient solutions to support rapid business growth.

• Independently analyze the essence of problems based on requirements, conduct technical evaluations, make appropriate decisions, and drive successful project implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in C development preferred.

• Proficient in using Linux systems, mastery of C/C++ languages (with a focus on C language), and familiarity with network programming.

• Familiar with data structures and algorithms, possessing a solid foundation in computer science knowledge.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate across departments.

• Experience in developing quantitative trading systems is a plus
