Job Description
Requirements
- Degree Holder
- At least 6 year of experience in customer service, order management and logistics management preferably in Connector / Cable assembly / Electronic trading or manufacturing or distributor
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chines
- Knowledge in ERP System
- Experience in Custom declaration, international business terms, import/export processes
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Job Duties
- Guide team to solve issues during order processing and shipment
- Handle order management, pricing, shipment and quality issues
- Responsible for regular relationship management with electronic component manufacturers
- Maintain accurate records of procurement and inventory in ERP systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and key customers worldwide
- Analyze sales data and market reports to forecast demand and guide strategic decisions.
