Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
At commercial customer sites, perform device installation and maintenance work, such as fiber, copper cables, terminal machines, routers, data machines, and wireless access points
Provide technical advice/consultation services to customers
Promote Hong Kong broadband products and services to customers
Requirements:
Able to speak fluent Chinese, general English, and Mandarin
Have general computer knowledge
Prefer candidates with broadband knowledge or holding a private car/light truck driver's license
Working location:Kwai Chung
Working hours:
Shift work is required
Optional daily / 7x24 shift (provide $2,500 allowance)
Daily: Monday to Friday, rotating Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm
Monthly 8 days off
