We seek a service-minded and passionate individual to join us as the manager of our in-house cafe, The Kitchen.

Job Description:

. Be responsible for managing the operations of the cafe

. P&L responsibility for the cafe

. Management of supplier relationships

. Menu creation and meal preparation

. Maintain high standards of hygiene and orderliness

. Generate sales and control costing as per pre-set targets

. Requisitions of supplies / inventory management according to established procedures

. Prepare work schedules for team members

. Ensure all occupational health and safety measures are in place

Requirements / Qualifications:

. Proven 3 years working experience in F&B, restaurant, lounge, light food, coffee shop.

. Wine and spirits basic knowledge.

. Excellent guest interaction skills, self-motived and a good team player.

. Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility.

. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

. Good command of English. Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.

. Able to work long hours and irregular hours and on public holidays.
