Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for online platform teaching, design practical and interactive course content for vocational education and skills upgrading, covering knowledge explanation, case analysis and practical exercises.

• Based on students’ learning goals and levels, self-develop or optimize teaching materials (including presentations, work papers, test question banks, audiovisual assistance resources, etc.), ensuring teaching resources meet the latest industry needs.

• Regularly grade students' assignments and learning progress reports, provide specific and constructive written or verbal feedback, and help students clarify concepts and continue to improve.

• Through classroom observation, learning data tracking and regular evaluation, analyze students’ learning effectiveness, adjust teaching strategies and pace in a timely manner, and improve overall learning conversion rate.

• Fluent in Cantonese for teaching and communication, with clear expression ability and good sense of language, able to explain abstract concepts in a way that is close to students’ life experiences.

• Familiar with mainstream online teaching tools (such as Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, Teams, etc.), with basic video operation, screen sharing, and real-time interactive function application ability.

• Responsibility and empathy, willing to take the time to understand students’ backgrounds and learning difficulties, actively build trust relationships, and create a positive and inclusive distance learning atmosphere.

• Enjoy 13 months of salary and year-end bonuses, based on individual performance and the organization's operating status.

• Flexible work schedule, you can coordinate teaching hours to fit your personal life rhythm, but you need to ensure that you complete the designated teaching and administrative tasks within the weekly core work hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday).
