Position Title: Part Time Call Center Supervisor (HKD 85 per hour)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

2. Proactively contact premium members via telephone for routine confirmations and updates as assigned by management.

3. Perform additional administrative duties or simple tasks delegated by supervisors to support daily operations.

4. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers and update relevant databases accordingly.

5. Contribute towards improving call center processes through feedback and suggestions based on experience.

Requirements:

1. Educational attainment at least up to Form 7 or Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) level.

2. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills both verbal and written.

3. Demonstrates strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to long-term employment.

4. Exhibits proactive attitude, humility, and positive approach towards continuous learning within the role.

5. Previous experience working in a customer service hotline environment is mandatory.

Working Location: Central

Hourly Rate: HKD 85 per hour

Working Hours: 9 hours per day with 1 hour paid meal allowance
