Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and oversee integrated campaigns from strategy and creative concept to execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Public Relations & Outreach: Lead PR efforts, build relationships with journalists, manage media inquiries, write press releases, and secure positive media coverage to enhance our visibility.
• Corporate Communications: Shape and manage our narrative, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including members, donors, and community partners.
• Youth & Educational Outreach: Design and implement targeted campaigns for schools and young audiences to promote awareness and engagement with our mission.
• Stakeholder & Agency Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and relationships with external agencies (PR, creative, digital) to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education : Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in campaign management, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in an NGO or non-profit setting.
• Proven Leadership: Strong track record of managing large, complex campaigns from inception to completion.
• Exceptional Communicator: Proven skills in media relations, corporate communications, and crisis management.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate organizational goals into effective communication and marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
