Responsibilities:

• Actively promote company products, achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Assist with daily operations of the store, including product display, inventory management, and in-store cleaning.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities and new product promotion, enhance brand awareness.
• Work with the team to keep the store clean and in line with our brand image.

Requirements:

• Secondary school education or above, those with retail or customer service experience are preferred.
• Outgoing and proactive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese, understanding Mandarin and English is preferred.
• Full of enthusiasm for sales work, willing to learn and accept challenges.
• Pay attention to details and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible working hours, able to adapt to shift work and weekend work.
