Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer participation: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understand their needs and preferences, and recommend the most suitable vehicle.
  • Product knowledge: Provide detailed information about the vehicle, including technical specifications, features and advantages, to help customers make wise decisions.
  • Sales process: Guide customers through the purchase process, from test drive to final deal, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain good relations with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Market insights: Keep up with the latest market trends and automotive products in order to provide relevant advice and solutions to customers.

The conditions you need to meet:

  • Have an effective driver's license.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Active and proactive, with a sense of initiative.
  • Will provide on-the-job training in automotive knowledge.
  • Working hours/schedule: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, every Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insight: Stay updated on the latest market trends and automotive products to offer relevant advice and solutions to customers.

What you will need:

  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
  • On-the-job training about automotive knowledge will be provided
  • Working Hours/Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, six days a week
